This fine golden rum is matured slowly in American white oak barrels before being expertly blended to create the final product. Significantly smoother on the palate than many other brown spirits, the quality stands out whether it's straight or mixed.
The agreeable distinctive flavour is great on the rocks but equally best mixed with your favourite mixer or in cocktails. In Barbados, Cockspur & Coke is a popular favourite!
Cockspur Five Star is light and golden in colour with an uncomplicated, pleasant smell. Its taste is extremely smooth, round and warm, which becomes spicy on the palate, getting slightly buttery towards the end.

Take a tall long glass, fill with lots of ice, add 50ml Cockspur Rum, fill to the brim with ginger beer or ale, whichever is your preference, and squeeze and garnish with a wedge of lime. A truly refreshing drink.
Cock ‘n’ Bull
25ml Cockspur Rum mixed with Red Bull, add ice to taste. A flavourful alternative and an ideal pick me up in the club or before a busy night.
Bajan Rum Punch
The Old-fashioned classic is enshrined in a national rhyme:
"One of Sour, Two of Sweet, Three of Strong, Four of Weak."
That is, 1 part lime juice, 2 parts sugar syrup, 3 parts Cockspur Fine Rum, and 4 parts water. It is served with a dash or two of Bitters and Nutmeg.
