50ml Cockspur Fine Rum
10ml Triple Sec
50ml fresh orange
50ml pineapple juice
15ml lime juice
10ml sugar syrup
Dash grenadine
Dash bitters
Place all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake well to mix.
Strain into a tall glass filled with ice and garnish with orange slice.
Going Ape
50ml Cockspur Fine Rum
100ml grapefruit juice
10ml lime juice
10ml sugar syrup
Dash of bitters
Place all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake well to mix.
Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a lime wedge on the rim of the glass.
Ronnie’s Zombie
50ml Cockspur Fine Rum
10ml Triple Sec/Cointreau
10ml lime juice
10ml lemon juice
50ml orange juice
25ml papaya juice
25ml pineapple juice
25ml passion Fruit juice
Place all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake well to mix.
Strain into an old-fashioned glass filled with ice.
Ginger Mary
50ml Cockspur Fine Rum
125ml tomato juice
1 pinch of salt
1 spoon of fresh grated ginger
3 drops of hot sauce
3 drops of Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
Whole green chilli pepper for garnish
Place all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake well to mix.
Strain over tall glass filled with ice and garnish with a whole green chili.
Daiquiri
50ml Cockspur Fine Rum
35ml lime juice
20ml sugar syrup
Place all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake well to mix.
Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a lime wedge on the rim of the glass.

50ml Cockspur Rum
12.5ml mango puree
150ml rubicon papaya juice
10ml lime juice
Place all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake well to mix.
Strain over tall glass filled with ice and garnish with a lime wedge.
