Cockspur Rum, already firmly established as a major brand name in cricket, is to sponsor Sportsmedia Broadcasting's nationwide radio coverage during the N Power Ashes series this summer.

The radio coverage which will be broadcast on over 125 radio stations across the United Kingdom will be supported by a number of household cricket names.

David Lloyd, Sky Sports' lead commentator will preview each Test with day to day match reports being provided by Professional Cricketers Association Ambassadors including Gladstone Small, Dean Headley, Graham Thorpe, Stephen Harmison and Simon Jones.

The radio sponsorship will provide Cockspur Rum with considerable upweight to support the brand's spend in cricket across the Test arena and the recreational game.
